Known as an adaptogen or substance with a combination of therapeutic actions on the body, they have been used in India, China and Tibet for over 6000 years to boost the immune system, promote anti-aging and longevity among many other uses. A great source of B vitamins and a pure protein source they also strengthen the system to deal with stress, who can't use that. A handful a day is all you need to get the benefits and since we only get this one body, why not treat it right !
