Accidental Brilliance Superfood + Supplement Series...Juicing

There is nothing better than a fresh pressed juice, not just for the fresh taste but for the nutritional benefits. There is no quicker way to get the benefits of your favorite fruits and vegetables than by juicing them. Fresh raw juice requires very little digestion so all the nutritional goodness gets rapidly into your system. And since you use more fruits and vegetables when making a fresh juice than you could actually eat, you are getting a densley packed amount of nutrients, vitamins and minerals. There are so many great juicing recipes and combonations for optimal benefits out there. Last year I mentioned a favorite book called Clean by Alejandro Junger which has some great recipes and this website has some really simple recipes as well. Cheers to good health !
