There are not that many things in this world that at one time can be exhilarating, the most calming way to fall asleep and also a hotbed full of nutrients. You can buy dried seaweed as a snack in most markets and if you have a Trader Joe's nearby I totally recommend their Roasted Seaweed Snack, these things are better than potato chips and way better for you.
