Just a few things...

...to me there is nothing better than an espadrille, flat or high. I was curious when they were first worn and was amazed to read that they date back to the thirteenth century and were worn by the foot soldiers of the King of Aragon in Spain. The soles were originally made of grass rope and the uppers made of flax at that time. Pretty cool how they have transformed and changed over the years yet still remain a classic all these years later.
