The Benefits of Tea...Accidental Brilliance Superfood + Supplement Series



For me there is nothing that a good cup of tea can't fix. Not a morning goes by without a piping hot cup of tea to get me started. Most mornings it's my same green tea blend with lemongrass and honey. But there are so many great blends out there that are really  beneficial to the body. It's worth it to switch it up every once in awhile. Lately I have been really enjoying a ginger tea and even if you are working your way through a box of another blend of tea, you can always grate up a little fresh ginger and throw it in to amp up your current favorite.
