Benefits of Brussel Sprouts...Accidental Brilliance Suprfood + Supplement Series

So most people either love brussel sprouts or they hate them. I happen to love them and not just for the taste but for their incredible nutritional value, they are packed with vitamins A and C and high in fiber. I have written about it before but,  we just don't get enough fiber in our diet and we NEED it. Brussel sprouts have 4 grams of fiber per serving which is pretty good when it comes to vegetables, and the fiber is what helps keep blood sugar levels low and keeps overeating in check. There are a number of other benefits but I think one of the most notable benefits is the ability of brussel sprouts to help fight inflammation and in turn help fight disease, in particular cancer. There are so many great ways to prepare brussel sprouts but this is one of my favorite, simple recipes...
