I recently started taking Raspberry Ketone and although I can't report on the results quite yet, it has some really interesting health benefits. Raspberry Ketone is a compound that is extracted from raspberries although it can be cultured synthetically. Capable of bonding with free radicals in the body and acting to remove carcinogens and toxins they also have the ability to suppress appetite and can bond with fat in the stomach to increase the rate at which fat is burned and melted away. A study conducted in Japan also concluded that raspberry ketone plays a role in increasing skin elasticity and also in promoting hair growth. A dose of 200mg seems to be the recommended dose taken in the morning although, there are no side effects so more can be taken without any harm. This stuff is definitely worth checking out !
