Benefits of Tea...Accidental Brilliance Superfood + Supplement Series

...when it comes to doing the body + the mind good there is nothing better than a piping hot cup of tea.  Although I tend to stick to my usual lemongrass green tea blend in the morning,  I try to switch it up in the afternoon because there are so many other amazing blends that have incredible medicinal + health benefits. Kinda cool to think with  just a cup a day you have the potential to calm the mind, fight allergies, lower blood pressure + cure pretty much whatever ails you.
